The Fazer Museum is located at the Vaarala sweets factory in Vantaa. The glass cabinet in the museum displays a colourful array or memorabilia, dating back to the confectionery shop founded by Karl Fazer in Kluuvikatu Street in Helsinki back in 1891. Three years later, the industrial confectionery manufacture was begun.

Different chocolate moulds, sweet machines, containers and labels reflect their own time. The Turisti sweets showcase the most important sights of the beginning of the 20th century. The Paavo Nurmi lozenge box was designed to fit in a man’s vest pocket, and during the coronation of the king of England, the same crown appeared on the top of a box of marmalade sweets.

The museum archives include photographs and documents of the operations of the company. You can visit the Fazer Museum during a factory tour, where you can see a timeline of the history of the company as well as a glass cabinet containing exciting objects.
