The exhibition by the Geological Survey of Finland takes visitors on a journey from dinosaur footprints all the way to fragments of the moon!

The memorable Geo Exhibition has been created for everyone interested in the creation and evolution of the earth. The exhibition utilises modern technology to showcase raw materials found in the earth’s crust, as well as to introduce the Geological Survey of Finland to the public.

The monitors provide easily accessible information on a number of topics. You can, for example, marvel at the wonder of diamonds and groundwater or have a look at a video describing volcanoes.

The colourful and breathtaking world of rocks is revealed by the Geo Exhibition, which includes samples from both Finland and abroad. However, no sample has travelled as far as the souvenir brought from the moon by astronauts!
