The food and drink culture-oriented museum in Helsinki’s Cable Factory provides an insight into the history of accommodation, dining and travel. The functional Palveluksessanne! (At your service!) exhibition showcases the everyday lives of the workers in the industry, allowing visitors to play the role of the customer while enjoying music, singing and dancing.

The memorable museum affords visitors a peek into a 1930s Alko liqueur store, Hotel Vaakuna’s suite from the 1950s or a two-sided leather couch from the legendary Hotel Kämp.

The museum’s temporary and permanent collections can be visited individually or with a guided tour. At the information service, the researchers of the museum reply to questions by phone, e-mail or on site.
